The Realme GT 2 Pro is expected to come in two colour options.
The Realme GT 2 Pro is now available for pre-order on many Chinese internet marketplaces. The smartphone’s two versions and colour variants were also introduced at the same time. On January 4th, the smartphone, as well as the simple Realme GT 2, will be available in China. The high-end handset is believed to be among the first to employ Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. According to a Realme official, the Realme GT 2 Pro would have a 2K display with a resolution of 1,4403,216 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate.
Multiple e-commerce portals, including JD.com and the company’s web store, have the Realme GT 2 Pro available for pre-launch purchase/blind sale. Those interested can pre-order the Realme handset for CNY 1 (about Rs. 12) and pay the balance on launch day (January 4). Customers can also win rewards in this mode. Smartphones can also be used to make reservations.
According to the JD listing, the Realme GT2 Pro will be available in two different configurations: 8GB RAM + 256GB storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage. The two colour options are Master Paper and Master Mysterious (translated). On the Realme web store, however, only the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage model in Master Paper colour option is available.
A Realme executive previously suggested that the Realme GT 2 Pro would include a 6.7-inch 2K display with thin bezels and a hole-punch cutout in the upper left corner. The display will be manufactured by Samsung and will have a resolution of 1,440,3216 pixels with a refresh rate of 120Hz. Gorilla Glass Victus protection will be employed, as well as LTPO technology. In addition, both Realme GT 2 phones are said to have a fingerprint sensor with “Heart Rate Detection,” which will most likely use heart rate to unlock the phone.
