Maharashtra school reopening update: As Maharashtra prepares to reopen schools on December 1, 2021, the state government has given directives for school reopening. Maharashtra’s public schools will reopen in urban areas for classes 1 to 7, and in rural areas for grades 1 to 4.
This was announced by the State School Education Minister on November 25, 2021. The state government recently revealed the rules that students, teachers, and staff members must follow for offline classes in a recent update.
According to the state health services director in a letter to health officials of all districts and civic authorities, COVID-19 appropriate behaviour, such as keeping a six-foot space and washing hands, must be followed while opening schools.
