The Vivo Y75 5G is rumoured to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC.
The Vivo Y75 5G is rumoured to be on its way to India after being spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification and Indonesia Telecom database websites. Geekbench, a benchmarking website, has also uncovered the next Vivo smartphone. The Geekench listing for the Vivo Y75 5G teases some critical specifications. Another Vivo Y75 5G smartphone was identified on Geekbench in June, although it had a different model number than the one recently discovered.
The upcoming Vivo Y75 5G has been featured in both the BIS and Indonesia Telecom databases. The listings were initially noticed by MySmartPrice. The latter specifies the internal model designation of the next Vivo smartphone as V2142, but does not go into depth regarding the device’s specs. Similarly, there are no specs stated in the BIS certification for the upcoming Vivo Y75 5G.
Earlier last month, multiple listings for a Vivo V2142 were uncovered on Geekbench. The smartphone is claimed to be the Vivo Y75 5G. The forthcoming Vivo smartphone scored 515 to 544 points in single-core tests. In multi-core testing, however, the Vivo Y75 5G earned 1,541 to 1,675 points.
According to Geekbench, the Vivo Y75 5G will be powered by a 2GHz octa-core ARM MT6833V/ZA CPU, dubbed MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC. The processor is displayed with Android 12 loaded and 8GB of RAM. Aside from that, the smartphone is devoid of any extra data.
The Vivo Y75 5G was rumoured to have been discovered on Geekbench in June. However, the internal model designation at the time was V2060. The Vivo V2060 could be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 SoC with 8GB of RAM and Android 11 according to Geekbench. It received 523 and 1,771 points on the single-core and multi-core tests, respectively.
